Parent-Teacher conferences are held twice each school year. These are a great way for parents to get to know the child’s teachers, to learn how the child is doing, and to develop action plans to ensure their child’s continued academic success.
The first set of conferences takes place in November, shortly after first quarter report cards go home. The second set of conferences takes place after third quarter ends in March.
Conferences generally run from 1:15 – 7:00 pm on Thursday and 8:00 – 12:00 on Friday.
Conference Scheduling is done using the online system at http://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Bethany_School. The date the scheduler will open is announced in the Thursday email. The window for scheduling remains open until the day before conferences begin. Parents can add, delete, or change conference times while the scheduler remains open. After the scheduler closes, any additional changes must be made by calling the office.
