Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Bethany School.

Here is how you can start the application process:

1. Visit: Set up a Campus Tour or attend an Open House or Bethany Encounter.

2. Apply: Complete an online Application for Admission Form.  A $50.00 admission fee must be paid before the process continues.

3. Provide Documents:

  •  Release of Records: submit this form so we can request records from your child’s current school.
  • IEPs, 504 Plans, or accommodation plans, if applicable.
  • Teacher and Principal Recommendations (provide the contact information for current school principal and teachers.  We will request recommendations from them).

4. Test: Arrange a time for screening for your child.

5. Shadow: Once the above steps have been completed or scheduled, you will need to schedule a Shadow Day for your child to spend time in classes and other activities with students who would be his or her classmates.

6. Family Interview: Each family will meet with the Head of School or other members of the Admissions Committee.

7. Decision: The Admissions Committee will notify you of the decision
