Bethany School uses FACTS, an organization that analyzes a family’s finances, to assist in making tuition assistance decisions. All families applying for need-based financial assistance must complete the FACTS application and submit the necessary supporting documentation for consideration of their application to be given.
Applicants apply online by clicking the FACTS link at the bottom of this page. Once the online application has been completed, the following information needs to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.
Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Lincoln, NE 68501-2524
A $35 application fee is payable to FACTS in order for the application to be processed. Please note that many of the Greater Cincinnati area schools also use FACTS. Families can file a single application for multiple children in different schools and will incur just one application fee.
Tuition assistance applications are accepted and considered throughout the school year. However, it should be noted that to be considered in the initial allocation of financial assistance, the online application must be completed and your tax forms submitted by January 15 for returning students and February 15 for new students. Whereas you may apply for assistance beyond that date, the tuition assistance budget may be exhausted after the first allocation of awards. It is possible that additional funds will be available beyond that date; however, awards will be considered only as long as funds exist.
