Description
Bethany Eco-Hawks is a group interested in preserving our environment. During their inaugural year (2017-2018), they set up a variety of recycling programs, established an Idle Free Zone on campus, encouraged a regular Earth Hour (turn off lights and non-essential electrical items for an hour), and worked to educate our Bethany family is ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle. The group will continue to work together to find ways to help reduce our waste and educate our families on ways to save resources.
Who is Eligible?
Students in grades four through eight who are interested in working to find ways to eliminate waste in a variety of ways.
