Bethany School uses FACTS, an organization that analyzes a family’s financial situation, to assist in making tuition assistance decisions. All families applying for need-based financial assistance must complete the FACTS application and submit the necessary supporting documentation for consideration. Be prepared to submit the following documentation along with your application:
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
- Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both parents
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF
If you do not wish to upload digital copies of supporting documentation, you can fax or mail hard copies to the address or fax number below. Be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
