Hiring, evaluating and supporting the Head of School
The Board vests its authority in the Head of School to implement policies and to run the day-to-day operations of the school.
Trustee meetings are held bi-monthly during the school year.
Board Committees which include trustees, administrators, and others who are invited to attend, typically meet monthly.
An Executive Committee is comprised of the President of the Board, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and the Head of School.
The Board is made up of 17 people that includes two non-voting members:

Bishop of the Diocese of Southern Ohio or their representative
