Financial Aid

At Bethany School, we do our best to ensure every child who has potential to thrive at Bethany School is given a chance regardless of their socioeconomic background, which is why we offer financial aid. Financial aid is made possible by the generous giving of our donors and Bethany School community.

Bethany School utilizes FACTS Management to process financial aid applications. Please note, the deadline to apply for financial aid for the 2024-2025 school year is February 15th.

How can I apply for financial aid?

Bethany School uses FACTS, an organization that analyzes a family’s financial situation, to assist in making tuition assistance decisions. All families applying for need-based financial assistance must complete the FACTS application and submit the necessary supporting documentation for consideration. Be prepared to submit the following documentation along with your application:

If you do not wish to upload digital copies of supporting documentation, you can fax or mail hard copies to the address or fax number below. Be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Is there a fee to apply for financial aid?

Yes, FACTS collects a $40 application fee to process each application. Please note that many of the Greater Cincinnati area schools also use FACTS. Families can file a single application for multiple children in different schools and will incur just one application fee.

Are there other considerations when deciding who receives financial aid?

Financial aid is need-based and determined based on available funds.

Is there a deadline to apply for financial aid?

The tuition assistance application period opens on November 1. Applications are accepted and considered throughout the school year; however, it should be noted that to be considered in the initial allocation of financial assistance, the online application must be completed and your tax forms submitted by February 1. While you may apply for assistance beyond that date, the tuition assistance budget may be exhausted after the first allocation of awards. It is possible that additional funds will be available beyond that date; however, awards will be considered only as long as funds exist

Serving Episcopal Families

Church Members in The Diocese of Southern Ohio

For active members of local Episcopal Churches within the Diocese of Southern Ohio, we’re delighted to offer an annual $1000 tuition remission. Families will need to provide a letter or certificate showing active membership in their Episcopal Church. In most Episcopal churches, membership is defined by active participation in worship, church programs, and financial life of the church (within the last year).

Employees of The Diocese of Southern Ohio & Its Churches

Starting in the 2024-2025 academic year,  in recognition of our shared mission and commitment to our Episcopal identity, we are thrilled to extend a 60% tuition remission to all employees of the Diocese of Southern Ohio, all employees of the 71 churches within the Diocese of Southern Ohio, all employees of the Procter Center, and all employees at The Society of the Transfiguration.
