Safety First
Please always observe our speed limit on campus of 10 mph.
No cellphone use once in car line.
Pull forward as far as possible.
Use caution especially when crossing traffic.
Follow instructions of teachers /administrators on duty.
If you are a 3rd–8th parent exiting on Bluehawk Way and turning right toward Bethlehem and the K–3 drop-off, please drive slowly and watch carefully for children.Young students in the K–2 lane are opening their parents’ car doors and sometimes get out on the driver’s side. Please be especially alert and prepared for children to step into the lane.

Kindergarten to 2nd Grade Drop Off and Pick Up

Drop off 7:30 – 8:00 am.
Students arriving after 8:00 am must report to the Main Office.
Pick up 2:50 to 3:00 pm.
Pick Up routes are the same as drop off (see map).
Students with younger siblings or who carpool with younger students will be picked up in the Zone of the youngest child.
At 3:00 pm, all remaining students will report to Bethany Beyond.
Kindergarten-2nd Grade and older siblings drop off and pick up
Kindergarten-2nd Grade: Drop off and pick up in front of the Bethlehem Academic Building. Please follow the same route shared in the map.
Drop off only when a staff member is present and follow their instructions to pull as far forward as possible.
Students should exit the vehicle on the passenger side.
Afternoon Carline Reminders:
Bethel 3rd-8th grade Afternoon pickup carline:
Please follow the instructions of the teachers as you move your car through the carline.
Pull your car all the way up as far as possible to the start of the pickup location BEFORE asking your child to enter the vehicle.
Our teachers will escort each child to your car.
It is fine to pull around another car ONLY IF you are instructed to do so by a teacher on carline duty.
For everyone’s safety:
DO NOT attempt a left hand turn when exiting the carline in the afternoon after picking up your child.
Do not attempt to maneuver around signs and traffic cones.
NO PARKING on Bluehawk Way, this allows Bethlehem (K-2nd grade) cars to pull over to the right, and Bethel (3rd-8th grade) cars to exit on the left.
Bluehawk Way is a ONE WAY street, running from Oak Rd to Hedgerow Ln.


Bethlehem (K-2nd grade) Afternoon pickup carline:
If entering via OAK ST entrance please be aware of exiting Bethel car traffic and follow directions of the teacher/administrator on traffic duty.
Stay to the right (curb side) of Bluehawk Way to allow Bethel (3rd – 8th grade) cars to exit on the left.
