Admissions Deadlines

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025-2026 school year.

Priority Application Deadline: December 1, 2024
Spring Application Deadline: March 15, 2025
After March 15, 2025: Applications will be accepted as space is available.

Please note, the deadline for financial aid for new students is February 15. We highly encourage families seeking assistance to apply by December 1.

Students interested in kindergarten must be 5 years old prior to September 30th of the year they enter kindergarten.

Visit

There are several ways to experience what Bethany School has to offer. You can arrange a private tour or attend our next open house.

Shadow Days give prospective students the opportunity to experience what daily life at Bethany School is like by attending classes and other campus activities alongside a current student. Once you have applied and submitted the application fee, our Admissions Department will contact you to schedule a Shadow Day.

Our prospective families meet with our Head of School and other members of the Admissions Committee to assess whether Bethany School is the right fit. Once you have applied and submitted the application fee, our Admissions Department will contact you to schedule a family conversation.

Apply

Complete an application for admission online using the link below. There is a $50 application fee that must be paid before the process continues.

Parents will need to request the necessary records and recommendations and provide any IEPs, 504 Plans, or accommodation plans, if applicable through your admissions account.

Assessment

For students entering kindergarten, we use a standardized readiness assessment prepared by our kindergarten teaching staff (Kdg Readiness Activities). For students entering grades 1–8, we use STAR Reading and Math assessments to measure academic achievement and progress. Assessments take 75 minutes to complete. Once you have applied and submitted the application fee, our Admissions Department will contact you to schedule an assessment.

Decision

Once the admissions process has been completed, our Admissions Committee will contact you with a decision via email. New student contracts are due back to Bethany School within two weeks of issue.
