Bethany Educators and Parents (BEAP) are a dedicated group of parents and teachers working together to support and enrich all students. Our main goal is to create a school community where teachers, administrators, and our children can do their best work. We are about parent involvement and encourage the whole family to get involved, stay involved, and make their child’s learning experience one they will never forget. BEAP coordinates a number of events and activities throughout the year such as Trunk-or-Treat, Santa Sale, teacher appreciation, fundraisers (Raffle and Bengals Concessions), parent forums, and more.

Calendar of Events
BEAP plans events throughout the school year. BEAP assists with official school events as well. Planning is still underway so dates are tentative and will be communicated once finalized. More information and volunteer sign-up forms for all events can be found on the BEAP website. Have an idea for an event? Let us know!
Fundraising
BEAP primary fundraising event, the BEAP Annual Raffle, helps to create and inspire a strong sense of community. Proceeds from the fundraiser goes toward organizing BEAP events such as Trunk-or-Treat, Movie Nights , Teacher Appreciation, and Santa Sale. We can’t do what we do without your support in these endeavors.
BEAP also assists with Bethany School’s annual Andrew Dawson Walk-a-thon which raises funds for financial aid and honors the life of former Bethany Student, Andrew Dawson.
Parent Forums
The purpose of the BEAP Parent Forums is to build strong communication, engagement, and a sense of community amongst the Bethany Family. The forums will also serve as public BEAP Meetings providing information about BEAP Activities.
The 2025-2026 BEAP Parent Forums dates will be published in the near future.
We strive to offer topics that will be beneficial, enlightening, and essential to the overall well-being of our children as we continue to create meaningful partnerships with the faculty, staff, and administration of Bethany School.
