What is the Fundraising Raffle?
We are thrilled to kick off this year’s Cash Raffle—one of our biggest and most impactful fundraisers of the year. Because the raffle has almost no overhead, nearly every dollar raised goes directly back to our school community and students.
Each $5 raffle tickets is a chance to win $500 cash prizes! There will be THREE winning tickets drawn!
Our Goal: $20,000
Last year, we raised nearly $15,000. This year, we know we can hit our goal—but it will take every family’s participation to get there.
Here’s how you can help:
Spread the Word: Share the raffle with family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and on social media. Every ticket sold makes a difference!
Get Your Student Involved: Students can help by asking relatives, making signs, recording a fun video, or coming up with their own creative ideas to encourage sales.
Join in Easily: Our user-friendly online platform makes participating simple. Just visit our fundraising page to buy tickets and share your student’s link.
Why participate?
When you buy or sell a raffle ticket, you’re doing so much more than entering to win—you’re directly investing in the heart of our Bethany community. The funds raised allow BEAP to host the events and programs that bring our families together, strengthen our school culture, and show our teachers and staff just how appreciated they are.
Because of your support, our students get to experience beloved traditions like Trunk or Treat, the Santa Sale, Movie Night, and Ice Skating—moments that spark joy, create lasting memories, and give our kids a sense of belonging. Your contributions also make it possible to provide Teacher Appreciation events, ensuring our incredible educators feel celebrated for the love and dedication they pour into our children every day.
Beyond the fun, these opportunities build connections: parents meeting other families, students making friendships across grades, and our entire community joining together to celebrate what makes Bethany special. Every dollar raised is an investment in that sense of family and in the experiences that make our school more than just a place to learn—it makes it a place to grow together.
