Rogelle is a Chemical Engineer. As an Innovation and Technical Supply Chain Director at Procter and Gamble, Rogelle has the responsibility of leading the seamless transition of product innovation from ideation to commercialization. She leads and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, product and brand design, manufacturing, marketing, sales, engineering, and supply chain management, to deliver new consumer products and optimize the entire supply chain process. Rogelle has a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and financial growth for product innovation.

 

Rogelle and her husband, Kenyon chose the Bethany School for their 3 daughters because of the school’s commitment to foster both academic excellence and personal growth. The close-knit community offers a supportive and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to grow and thrive. Additionally, the school’s commitment to culture diversity fosters an experience that will prepare their daughters to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
