Bethany Beyond

We are excited to introduce Bethany Beyond, our after-school program! More than a new name, Bethany Beyond reflects our vision of creating an engaging, enriching experience where students continue to learn, create, explore, and thrive long after the final bell rings.

Bethany School Extended Day

Beyond the School Day

Designed for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade, Bethany Beyond is more than after-school care—it’s an extension of the Bethany experience. Led by caring Bethany faculty and staff, the program provides a safe, nurturing environment where students build friendships, discover new interests, develop new skills, and grow in confidence while giving families peace of mind each afternoon.

Each afternoon, students enjoy a variety of activities that encourage creativity, collaboration, and discovery, including:

  • Homework time
  • Organized games
  • Arts and crafts
  • Hands-on STEM challenges
  • Outdoor play
  • Time to relax and socialize with friends

New Updates

New this year, we are excited to offer enrichment opportunities within Bethany Beyond, including:

  • Craft Club
  • STEM Club
  • Design Lab Build and Learn
  • Lego Club

Registration for these clubs and extracurricular activities will open up mid-August.

Additional clubs will be introduced throughout the year. These experiences will give students even more opportunities to discover new interests, develop new skills, and create lasting memories.

Participation in these clubs requires students to be enrolled in Bethany Beyond on the day(s) their club meets.

Registration, payment, and additional information for Bethany Beyond is available through the online platform, Sawyer.

When registering in Sawyer, all Bethany Beyond registration options are located under “Semester.” “Semester” is simply the category name used by the Sawyer platform and does not mean your child is registering for only one semester. The Everyday Plan and Three-Day Plan are intended for the school year, while the Pre-Registered Single Day Plan allows families to register for individual days as needed.

Please Note: Sawyer displays the total cost of the Everyday Plan $1,800 and Three-Day Plan $1,350 for the school year. Families are billed monthly at the rates listed above ($200/month for the Everyday Plan and $150/month for the Three-Day Plan).

Please Note: Afternoon Bethany Beyond will be closed on the following dates:

    • August 27, 2026: Back to School Night
    • December 8, 2026: Bethany School Faculty Christmas Party
    • December 17, 2026: Lessons and Carols
    • May 4, 2027: Bethany School Faculty end of the year party.

These dates are also listed online in your account, and reminders will be sent out in the Bluehawk Blast.

Student Expectations

Bethany Beyond is a continuation of the Bethany school day. All school rules, expectations, and the Student Code of Conduct remain in effect during Bethany Beyond, including while participating in enrichment clubs and activities. Students are expected to demonstrate respect, responsibility, and good citizenship, helping to create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Snack

Each student attending Bethany Beyond will receive one healthy snack each afternoon. Students are also welcome to bring their own healthy snack to enjoy during Bethany Beyond if they prefer. For the safety and security of all students, food deliveries of any kind are not permitted.

Absence and Cancellation Policy

If your family’s needs change, you may switch to a different Bethany Beyond plan or cancel your enrollment at any time. Any applicable fees will be prorated based on the effective date of the change or cancellation.

Please note that Bethany Beyond plan fees are fixed. Students enrolled in the Everyday Plan or Three-Day Plan reserve a space in the program, so refunds or credits are not provided for absences, vacations, or days missed due to illness. For families using the Pre-Registered Single Day Plan, if a student is absent from school or goes home sick on their scheduled Bethany Beyond day, a credit will be applied to the family’s account and may be used for a future pre-registered day.
