Complete an application for admission online using the link below. There is a $50 application fee that must be paid before the process continues.
We will request the necessary records and recommendations from your child’s current school. But first, you must submit a Release of Records form to permit us to make the requests. We also need you to provide contact information for your current school principal and teachers, and any IEPs, 504 Plans, or accommodation plans, if applicable.
For students entering kindergarten, we use a standardized readiness assessment prepared by our kindergarten teaching staff. For students entering grades 1–8, we use the Otis Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT8) to measure cognitive abilities that relate to a student’s academic success in school. Assessments take 75 minutes to complete.
Shadow Days give prospective students the opportunity to experience what daily life at Bethany School is like by attending classes and other campus activities alongside a current student. Once you have applied and submitted the application fee, our Admissions Department will contact you to schedule a Shadow Day.
Our prospective families meet with our Head of School and other members of the Admissions Committee to assess whether Bethany School is the right fit. Once you have applied and submitted the application fee, our Admissions Department will contact you to schedule a family interview.
Once the admissions process has been completed, our Admissions Committee will contact you with a decision. Admission letters and contracts are mailed to families by March 1. New student contracts are due back to Bethany School by March 31.
